Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Perfume Dupes, we want you to find your perfect signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original packaging and is at least 90% full.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the perfume bottle back into its original box and secure it in a shipping mailer with protective padding to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned bottle, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
